Tooltip with jQuery and Css3

Animated tooltips to guide visitors and/or suggest visitors in to making an action. This tooltip plugin is combined with some really nice Css3 animate effects.
Obviously colors can be adapted to fit your Weebly Template, in the default style some neutral colors are being used.

Css3 animation: 'fade'
Hover the word aloha to see the tooltip in action:

A tooltip will comes swinging in whenever you hover any place on the complete div shown below:
