A Cookie Notification Plugin
A cookie plugin for your Weebly themes that let's your visitor know that cookies are being used on your site. According to EU laws this has to be added to each site made in the EU or that focuses or targets visitors from the EU.
Since each site created on Weebly uses cookies to track your visitors statistics, all European sites in theory need to have some sort of a notification telling the visitor that cookies are being used and if he agrees upon.
This plugin is a one time installation on each page being used, and can contain a close button, which is pretty much the same as accepting, only that the notification will keep showing up every time, an accept button, which will hide the message for a certain amount of time, specified by you and a link to view the policy and read those many lines of very interesting text about the fact that cookies are being used and where and why.

To view the demo you can go directly to the page, although, being located in the EU, our site has it installed on each page, and if you haven't accepted it, it should show up at the top of the page. When the policy is being accepted by the visitor (you in this case) the notification won't show up for another 7 days of your visit.
This plugin can obviously be used for other purposes, such as letting your visitor be aware something big is going on on your site or in the company.
You can add links to pages that contain a special offer, or that show info about a special event.
